Godfrey Phakoago, Managing Partner Chairman and CEO of Pholoso Holdings – Godfrey is a director of Sagewise pty ltd and a former director of JSE listed SAFICA Ltd now know as Accentuate. He was the impetus for creating Pholoso Private Hospitals in 2009, realising that there is a large demand for affordable medical care in the country.
Dr Victor Litlhakanyane , COO of Pholoso Holdings and Managing Director Of Ditau health Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Victor is a Radiation Oncology specialist. He has 9 years experience in senior public health care sector management and 7 years experience as COO and Executive Director of Netcare Limited.
Jeremy Berman, Managing Partner CIO of Pholoso holdings – Jeremy has worked as an interest rate derivate trader for Standard Bank Corporate Merchant Bank for 8 years. His team were rated the best interest rate derivatives team in the local market for 5 years in a row. Jeremy has been working as co-managing partner Pholoso Private Hospitals since the inception, helping to piece together the required ingredients' for a successful private hospital group. He now owns and develops urban renewal project in Johannesburg CBD and has substantially property development experience.
Nndanduleni Joseph Neshehe – Director Sechaba Medical Solutions – Worked in the Healthcare industry for 16 years in Medical Aid administration, Hospital Management, establishment of hospitals, project management of Healthcare and Public Private Partnership and hospital accreditation.
Fred Platt – CEO Accentuate Limited – He represented Conshu on the South African Breweries human resources committee before joining Safic in 1997. He moved rapidly through the corporate ranks serving as operations director in 1998, managing director in 2000 and group managing director for Safic in 2003. His vision for the organisation facilitated the strategic acquisition of Marley Flooring in 2004 and the consolidation of the various companies into Accéntuate Limited, which culminated in the listing on the AltX of the JSE in 2006. Fred serves on the board of several group companies and, furthermore, is a member of the Institute of Directors. Fred has been instrumental in driving Pholos Holdings acquisitions and funding requirements.
